The building
9,300 square meters, 9 floors
80 meeting rooms, dedicated spaces for sharing, relaxation and sports areas. The concept of the interior spaces, designed by Il Prisma, focuses on personal well-being and the various needs of employees, clients, consultants and occasional guests.
Materials, systems and solutions for the most efficient and sustainable management of resources were used in the construction.
The building achieved LEED Platinum certification in 2021 with the highest score in Europe.

17,000 square meters, a 12-storey building and a 4-storey building
The new headquarter of the Japanese multinational company has been designed with a focus on livability and functionality of spaces, following the latest logic of workplace management. The building is built to the highest standards of sustainability, flexibility, and technological innovation to ensure a cutting-edge, environmentally friendly work experience.
In the interior design concept by Deamicisarchitetti, each floor is unique in layout, materials, and furnishings, and re-proposes within the building the same kind of complexity found in urban life.
The building has achieved LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certification.

The building
13,000 square meters, 9 floors for a new beginning
Architecturally, the building is distinguished by a curtain wall that alternates glazed surfaces with opaque metal elements with an iridescent character.
Interior spaces are designed to respond to new ways of working and the needs of occupants, offering flexible offices with easy access to technology, dedicated environments for collaboration, and hybrid common areas designed to stimulate creativity and improve performance.
Having achieved WiredScore Platinum and LEED Platinum certifications, the building is now aiming to achieve WELL Platinum certification.

RETAIL

The space
The district’s high level of vibrancy has attracted the attention of several Food & Beverage operators, who have decided to focus on the large retail spaces on the ground floor, creating a wide and varied offering to serve the citizens, workers and university students who frequent the area.
